Rough Cuts show the basic foundation of the film , and its a compilation of all the shots and sounds that will be further polished with soundtrack and color grading. The drastic change can uplift the entire impact of the film , as music sometimes has a greater effect that visuals and speaking of visuals, color grading defines the mood of the film.
